Omg this sunny weather makes me so happy! I’m always a more happy person in spring / summer. I just love to be outside and get some vitamin D in my system. There is also so much more to do in spring / summer I think. Anyway, you get the point haha. Even though spring has just started, I already have a favorite fashion piece.. This nude/pink denim jacket! I love it so much! The jacket is from Garcia and I got it a size bigger, so it’s a bit more oversized. I combined it with a simple white look and my thrifted Gucci bag. I also think that this jacket is going to be really cute in combination with a playsuit or a dress. Will definitely share more outfits with this jacket!

Today I have a shooting day planned for The Peachy Mag. We’re going to the beach and make some cool pics! Will show some of the looks etc. here as well (of course!). What are your plans for today? Happy Sunday! XX

Last week I received some clothes from Na-kd to shoot for their channels. This one sleeve knit was one of the items and I really like this piece! It’s a pretty basic white knit, but the one sleeve gives it a sexy and fashionable twist. The only downside is that this knit is hard to wear in the Netherlands. It’s either too cold or too hot. I have to figure out when I will where it hihi. Anyway, I combined the knit with my favorite pair of black flared pants from Loavies. I could live in these pants, they are SO comfy! To give the outfit some color, I wore my red booties from River Island. I recently bought these boots and they are for sure one of my best recent purchases. They are comfy and fit most of my outfits!

Today it will be 16 degrees and sunny outside, finally after all those cold and rainy days! I have to catch up on some work today, but I will definitely enjoy the sun for a bit. Maybe I go for a walk or have a coffee on the terrace. We will see! I also want to work out today and tonight I’m going to have some drinks with one of my besties. Fun day!

What are your plans for today?
And what do you think about this one sleeve knit? When should I wear it?! Tell me!! XO

A few posts ago I told you that I was working on a new project and now I can finally tell you what this was all about.. We launched a new blog The Peachy Mag, a project where Iris and I worked on for quite some time now. The Peachy Mag is a platform where we share our art, life and style. On Anouk Today I post my ‘best’ work, mostly in the fashion, travel and lifestyle theme. And although I still love that, I missed a place where I could share more thoughts, shoots, books and ‘messy’ things. Of course I’ll keep posting here, but if you wanna see more of me and my work you should definitely check The Peachy Mag blog. For now it’s only a blog, but there are so many more things coming.. Keep an eye for that!

Today I’m going to work on my blogs and tonight I’m going to a lecture in Rotterdam, exciting! The weather will be super nice this weekend, so I’m also really excited for that. Can’t wait to sit on the terrace and feel the sun shining on my face. Best days! Anyway, talk to you tomorrow in a new outfit post! XO

I usually never write about beauty. I mean, I love make-up and skin care but I don’t really switch a lot with my products. I use the same make-up and care products for quite some time now and I don’t think that I will switch a lot in the near future. I’m not in anyway an expert on this topic, but I thought it would be fun to share my favorite skin / body / hair care products.

I have a normal to dry skin. Over the years I tried some different products from different brands and my favorite skincare products are definitely the products from Kiehls. I especially love the Midnight Recovery Oil and the Ultra Facial Cream. Both products are really moisturizing! For cleansing my face I really like the Nivea Visage Eye Make Up Remove and the Aqua Effect Cleansing Foam.
My favorite body care brands are Therme and Kneipp. I usually use the Therme body butter to moisturize my skin. My favorite Therme scents are White Lotus and Bali Flower. Kneipp has the best shower foams ever! I especially love the Almond blossom scent, so soft and flowery. Another favorite brand for body care is Rituals. I love the ritual of dao line. That scent.. So good!
I’m really picky when it comes to hair products because my hair tangles so easy! Especially when I get out of the shower and my hair is wet, it’s super tangled. Brushing my hair is really painful when I don’t use shampoo and conditioner. I love the shine and care line from Andrelon. I also really love the shampoo from Dr. Organic. After I blow dried my hear, I love to use the Beauty Oil from Schwarzkopf. I usually curl my hair and to keep it in place I like to use the Elnett hairspray from L’oreal

What are your favorite skin / body and hair care products? And do you also want to see my favorite make-up? Maybe I can make a post about that aswel! Let me know! XX

Hi all! Last week I went to Barcelona with my boyfriend. I have visited Barcelona for a few times now and it’s for sure my favorite city ever! I love the small streets and the cute balconies. Barcelona is divided into different neighborhoods and our favorite neighborhood is El Born. El Born has all the cute streets and it’s less touristy like the Ramblas for example. In El Born you’ll find nice boutiques of local entrepreneurs and the best places for Sangria and tapas.

Everyday we started our day with a cappuccino and a fresh croissant in the Parc de la Ciutadella. I love heaving breakfast in the park with the sunshine on my face, best feeling ever. After breakfast we usually strolled around in El Born and made some pictures etc. We also visited some gallery’s and museums and drank a lot of Sangria of course (love!). My tips for a citytrip to Barcelona:

  • Book your hotel or AirBnB in El Born
  • Visit the Picasso museum (!!)
  • Walk through the Parc de la Ciutadella with a nice beverage (tip: the juices from Teresa’s Juicery are really good)
  • Grab a coffee at Cafés El Magnifico, best coffee in town!
  • Have some Sangria at Teferic, it’s so good!!
  • Visit Parc Guell (beautiful city view and architecture)
  • Have brunch/lunch at Caravelle

I miss Barcelona already.. Can’t wait to be back in this city again! Anyway, today I have to work on location and the rest of the week I’m busy working on a new project. Can’t wait to tell you more about it (probably next week)!

Happy new week! What are your plans?! XO
