Lately I’m really in to eating healthy and working out. I have more energy and I just feel so much better overall! I don’t really stick to a specific diet, but I’m vegetarian and I try to eat as much plant based as I can. Work out wise I try to work out at least 3 times a week (cardio + weights) and on the other days I try to go for a walk. Besides physical health, I also try to take good care of my mental health. I like to journal and read a lot for example, that really calms my mind!
